This Mudgar does both. Beginners usually start with two-hand swings for control, then add single-hand work as grip and shoulders adapt.
Keep it dry, wipe sweat off after each session, and rub in a little neem oil and castor oil once every 15 days to keep the Sheesham from drying out. Store upright, away from direct heat.
